We have a Beehive Standard Delivery option and also use a local Botswana Courier Service. The standard delivery fee is P30 in Gaborone going upwards. Please enter your address on checkout to see your shipping cost. Orders above P450 are shipped for free in Gaborone & Greater Gaborone only.
Your order will be delivered on or before the time stated EDT(Expected Delivery Time) on your payment confirmation email/Sms.
Should there be a delay or change on the delivery time you will be notified via phone and email.
No, it is not possible to change your address after confirming an order. To avoid any errors or inconvenience please double check your address before confirming your order.
To change your address for future orders you can change it in your Customer Information on your account profile.
You will submit the query form in your account of email us directly as soon a possible. Please make sure you enter the correct order number and specify which product is missing. A Beehive customer assistant will get in touch with you and assist you immediately.
If you are not available to receive your delivery on the specified EDT you can reschedule your delivery provided that 1. The delivery option is Beehive delivery & not a third party courier.
2. That the order has not been dispatched yet, you can reschedule at least 4 hours before delivery time.
Please note that failure to communicate a reschedule a delivery on time will result with an extra charge to the customer’s account.
Yes, only if the chosen day and time is after the EDT provided on your payment email. Kindly contact your Beehive customer service consultant to assist you with this as soon as you complete your order.
